Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days prior to the travel date:
30 days or more before travel: 10% cancellation charges
15–29 days before travel: 30% cancellation charges
7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges
Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation charges (no refund)
Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotel, transport, and service provider policies.
2. Cancellation by Us
In case we cancel the tour due to unavoidable circumstances such as:
Natural calamities
Government restrictions
Safety or operational issues
Customers may choose between:
A full refund, or
Rescheduling the tour to a future date (subject to availability)
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
The following are non-refundable:
No-shows
Early departures
Special offers, promotional packages, or peak-season bookings marked as non-refundable
Unused services during the tour
4. Modification of Bookings
Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Requests must be made in advance and are not guaranteed.
5. Force Majeure
No cancellation or refund will be applicable for delays or cancellations caused by:
Weather conditions
Road closures
Political unrest
Natural disasters
Any event beyond our control
We will, however, assist in rescheduling wherever possible.
