1. Cancellation by Customer
Refunds are processed based on the time of cancellation prior to the travel date:
30 days or more before travel: 90% refund (10% service charges)
15–29 days before travel: 70% refund
7–14 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
Cancellation charges may vary depending on hotels, transport providers, or special packages.
2. Cancellation by Us
If a tour is canceled by us due to unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, safety issues):
Customers may choose a full refund or
Reschedule the trip to a future date (subject to availability)
3. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be provided for:
No-shows or early departures
Unused services (meals, sightseeing, hotel stays, transport)
Special or promotional packages marked as non-refundable
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable
5. Partial Refunds
If a trip is cut short due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided for unused services.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or delays caused by:
Weather conditions
Road closures
Political disturbances
Natural disasters
Government regulations
In such cases, we may assist with rescheduling wherever possible.
7. Disputes
Any refund-related disputes must be raised within 7 days of the trip completion or cancellation.
